What impressed me most about Ron was his knowledge and passion toward fitness. Not only he explained how to do each exercise, but explains what muscle groups and functional movements we are working on and why. Since starting workout with Ron and Tri-Fitness, everything has improved, my strength, power, aerobic capacity, flexibility and my is 2 inches smaller. My lower back pain is gone and I can now one-year-old child without any pain in my back. Working with Ron has also greatly improved my core strength and functional movements. Most of all he makes working out FUN! I never worked out before I started with Ron and Tri-Fitness. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape and use a personal trainer.

Ron’s style of training is the best I have experienced and I’ve use a lot of different trainers. I really enjoy his workouts. He concentrates on core training and functional training and movement basic in everyday life. My weight is under control, my flexibility and balance is so much better than it use to be, (due to what Ron calls Movement Preparation). And my strength and cardio fitness are the best they have been since I played college football. He is a great motivator and the best trainer I ever had, hands down.

Fun Fitmoves are great. The best workout you can have in 1/2 hour. I love the functional movements and core development. What a fun group workout that Ron puts on.
