Tri-Fitness Bootcamp is a 3-day a week program that meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00am-7:00am. Our workouts start with a dynamic warm up, which helps warm up the core temperature of your body and helps get you ready to workout. Bootcamp also includes flexibility, plyometrics, strength training, and cardio development. Equipment used includes ropes, medicine balls, Kettlebells, dumbbells, bars, TRX, resistance bands, and the Vipr. All you bring is yourself.

Bootcamp workouts are designed so you can go at a level that you are comfortable with; we just want you to give a great effort. Our workouts are never the same, so you never get bored. If something is too difficult for you, our trainers will modify the movement for you. Our trainers will not spend the session screaming and yelling at you. We are there to help your achieve your goal, direct, teach and encourage you. We are professional, educated and experienced.

  We are one of only a few indoor Bootcamps in Chicago, so weather is never an issue. Our Bootcamps are held at BASH Sports Academy in a 10,000 sq. ft. turf facility. This is also the home of Tri-Fitness Personal and Sports Performance Training.
